We believe strongly in having a transparent and simple fee structure for Landlords and so we operate a "No Let No Fee" charging policy. This means you will only pay for our services once we have located and signed up tenants.
Our charges are normally done as a percentage of the total rents plus VAT. For a free no obligation quote please contact us for more details.
*Please note that unlike the majority of our competitors you'll find that we do not charge a further percentage charge on top of any repair & renewals costs on our full management service. Our list of landlord charges for residential properties are below:
- Management Service 13.2% (11% plus VAT) **
- Let and Rent Collection Service 10.79% (8.99% plus VAT) **
- Let Only Service 9% (7.5% plus VAT) *
- Let Only Renewals - Residential £354 (£295 plus VAT)
- Energy Performance Certificate £94.80 (£79 plus VAT), if required
- Provision of Marketing Floor Plan (or amendments to) - £82.80 (£69 plus VAT)
- Tenancy Set Up (includes Deposit Protection) - £82.80 (£69 plus VAT)
- Professional Tenant Referencing - £39.60 (£33 plus VAT) per tenant
- Right to rent checks - £4.50 + VAT per tenant
- Maintenance arrangement fee - £4.00 (£3.33 plus VAT) per invoice

Please note the co-ordination of refurbishment projects, and/or upgrade to properties prior to listing is not included in our pricing and would be charged at a fee of 15% (12.5% plus vat) of contractor invoices.
