Refer a New Landlord £100 Promotion Offer
Dove (Dove Properties and Estates Limited) are always delighted to receive great feedback, and even more delighted to receive landlord referrals based on great client experiences with Dove, growing our network of satisfied clients. As our way of saying thanks, we will pay a total of and one off payment of £100 each time a new Landlord is referred to us and when the first property is successfully let / rented through Dove. The new Landlord must have been directly referred to us via our referral form.
Unless otherwise requested by both parties, a payment of £100 will be paid to the person making the referral, either by way of credit an account on our system or by way of bank transfer within 30 days of the commencement of a new tenancy. The landlord must be a new landlord to Dove, who has not previously signed an agency instruction, and/or is not a current Landlord client, of Dove Properties and Estates Limited. The tenancy must also be a new tenancy and not a tenancy renewal or extension of an existing tenancy.
The referral credit will apply to the first property and tenancy agreed and let through Dove only. No further referral credits will be applied for the same landlord, property, new tenancies, tenancy extensions / renewals or any other variation thereafter. The offer is not available in conjunction with any other Landlord offer or discount that has already been applied and is also subject to the property generating a minimum fee of £600, prior to VAT, payable to Dove Properties and Estates Limited. Where the fee generated to Dove is less than £600, the offer will cease to apply and/or to be available.
A tenancy will have to have commenced upon the successful move in of new tenants, where the necessary legal documents are successfully completed. Should the legal documents not be successfully completed or a tenancy be surrendered the referral will be null and void. Once the referral has been applied to our accounts system, the person making the referral and the new landlord will have the option of using the referral credit against services offered by Dove in the form of residential lettings or the option to request for the funds to be paid out. If the funds are requested to be paid out, Dove will require the bank account details confirmed (via email to info@doveproperties.co.uk) following which payment will be made via internet banking.
The £100 payment is inclusive of any VAT. Dove reserve the right to alter or withdraw this referral credit at any time and without warning. Should a dispute arise at any time, Doves decision is final. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or terminate the program at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to disqualify any user at any time from participation in the program if we believe that he/she has violated any of these terms.
The person making the referral confirms that they have sought the consent of the landlord prior to making the referral to Dove, and that the landlord being referred will be expecting communication from / with Dove Properties and Estates Limited. Should this not be the case the person making the referral accepts and agrees to re-imburse any personal and financial liability / loss incurred by Dove Properties and Estates Limited.
